Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1.寻找优质的债权、股权投资项目，进行项目搜寻、筛选和储备；
2.参与项目尽职调查、交易结构设计、合同条件谈判；
3.拟定项目投资计划方案，为投资决策提供依据，参与投资执行；
4.参与对所投资项目进行跟踪管理；
5.分析债权、股权投资等公司金融投资业务领域的发展动态，开展全面的可行性研究；
6.完成上级领导交办的相关工作。
Qualification Required:
1.具有扎实的金融和财务知识，有良好的投资分析、沟通谈判能力以及良好的职业道德；
2.有一定的英语交流能力；
3.金融学、经济学、财务会计等相关专业硕士研究生及以上学历（有相关工作经验或优秀者适当放宽条件）；
4.需要3年以上金融机构相关工作经历。
