Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1.参与对拟投资的不动产项目进行尽职调查、评估；
2.参与投资分析，根据公司流程拟定各阶段所需的文件和报告；
3.参与合同等法律文件的编制、谈判、签订等相关事宜；
4.协助参与已投资项目的后期管理，维护客户关系；
5.完成上级领导交办的相关工作。Qualification Required:
1.具有扎实的金融、财务和不动产投资相关知识，有一定的投资分析、沟通谈判能力以及良好的职业道德；
2.有一定的英语交流能力；
3.金融学、经济学、财务会计、基建工程等相关专业本科以上学历；
4.2年以上商业地产投资等相关工作经历。
